Hope & Associates

The aim of Hope & Associates is to provide a professional service in all aspects of quantity surveying, specialising in commercial & residential estimating.

My name is Lindsay Hope, I have a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and have been a professional quantity surveyor in New Zealand since 1987.

I formed Hope & Associates in 1990. I became a director of Quantech Consultancy Limited in 1995 and re-formed Hope & Associates in 2011.

I specialise in detailed accurate residential estimates for Builders, Architects, Home Owners and Building Merchants.

I have vast experience in all aspects of quantity surveying, including commercial estimating, project cost management and contract servicing.

  • Involvement with multiple Middlemore Hospital projects
